Common LG Faults

LG Questions We Hear
My LG washer says OE. Is the pump broken?
Not always. OE means the water isn’t leaving fast enough. The filter behind the small front panel, a kinked drain hose or a sock in the pump are common causes. We rule those out before replacing the pump.
Can you fix an LG refrigerator that stopped cooling?
We diagnose it first. Fans, defrost parts and control boards are fixed on the spot or with an ordered part. If testing points to the compressor, we explain the cost and whether repair still makes sense.
Do you fix LG door boot leaks?
